AR Homes started its real estate journey from 2016 onwards at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Initially the Group has set-up AR Homes, Vijayawada in 2016 and undertaken 2 (two) real estate projects viz., AR Towers (16,000 sft) and Vijayanthi Enclave (143,000) and built an over-all sft of 1,59,000 during 2017-2022.
Encouraged with the results, the Promoters set-up AR Homes, Hyderabad in 2022 [registered on 22nd February, 2022] at Sree Dheera North East, 5th Floor, Plot No.101, Road No.2, Kakatiya Hills, Hyderabad and undertaken AR Homes Rise project [it’s first project] at Hyderabad.
The main business of the group is real estate development viz. construction and delivery of Apartments, Villas, Row houses, Malls & Multiplex, Commercial building, IT complexes.
The Group has set-up AR Homes AP LLP and has undertaken a Villas Project at Vijayawada. This Villas project would be spanning into 50 Acres in total. Development already started in 13 Acres for construction of 129 Villas in 13 Acres as Phase-I. The chief promoter, Mr. Madhu Babu holds around 30 Acres of his family land in that ongoing Villas project.
The Group has set-up AR Homes Hyderabad LLP for developing future projects in and around Hyderabad. They have already acquired 3 Acres of land [mostly JD] in Kollar [close to AR Homes Rise project site] for development of high-rise towers. Further, they are also in the planning stage of acquiring 22 Acres of land [on JDA basis] in and around Kollar for construction of high-rise towers residential project and almost 33% of the project area is being negotiated for a single multi-national IT Company employees on bulk sale basis in that project.

D. Madhu Babu
MR. MADHU, aged about 43, a graduate, is the first-generation entrepreneur. He hails from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Before getting into formal real estate business, he has been into small-time contract works for independent buildings. He has also constructed some independent buildings/apartments as proprietor before setting up AR Homes, Vijayawada.
In 2016 AR HOMES (Vijayawada) was set-up where Mr. Madhu has been holding 90% of the stake and his partner, Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy has been holding 10% stake. This firm has completed two residential projects at Vijayawada aggregating to 160,000 sq. ft. They have also developed a plotting project near Vijayawada & retained entire developed land area of land within that venture.
In 2022, Mr. Madhu founded AR Homes (Hyderabad) with Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy as a partner. Mr. Madhu owns 89% and Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy owns 11% in the firm. This entity is currently working on the AR Homes Rise Project in Hyderabad.
Further, Mr. Madhu owns 60% stake in AR Homes AP LLP and 52% stake in AR Homes HYD LLP.
MR. MADHU actively involves in day-to-day operations of the group and he has been instrumental in land aggregating, approvals, liaison, technical implementation of the project.

Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy
Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy, aged 45, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and brings a wealth of experience to the organization. He began his professional journey in the banking sector, specializing in retail loans during his decade-long tenure at HDFC. His strong background in finance and customer relations laid a solid foundation for his transition into the business sector. In 2022, he joined forces with Mr. Madhu, bringing his expertise and dedication to the growing enterprise. Since then, he has been playing a pivotal role in driving marketing and sales initiatives for the entity.
Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy’s strategic approach has significantly contributed to expanding the company’s customer base and market reach. He is also actively involved in maintaining statutory compliance, ensuring that the organization adheres to all regulatory frameworks. In addition, he oversees finance and accounts, bringing structure and transparency to the company’s financial operations.
His multi-disciplinary involvement has been instrumental in strengthening internal systems and processes. With his blend of financial acumen and marketing insight, Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy continues to be a key pillar in the company’s growth journey.
