AR Homes started its real estate journey from 2016 onwards at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Initially the Group has set-up AR Homes, Vijayawada in 2016 and undertaken many real estate projects.
Encouraged with the results, the Promoters set-up AR Homes, Hyderabad in 2022 [registered on 22nd February, 2022] at Sree Dheera North East, 5th Floor, Plot No.101, Road No.2, Kakatiya Hills, Hyderabad and undertaken AR Homes Rise project [it’s first project] at Hyderabad.
The main business of the group is real estate development viz. construction and delivery of Apartments, Villas, Row houses, Malls & Multiplex, Commercial building, IT complexes.
The Group has set-up AR Homes AP LLP and has undertaken a Villas Project at Vijayawada. This Villas project would be spanning into 50 Acres in total. Development already started in 13 Acres for construction of 129 Villas in 13 Acres as Phase-I. The chief promoter, Mr. Madhu Babu holds around 30 Acres of his family land in that ongoing Villas project.
The Group has set-up AR Homes Hyderabad LLP for developing future projects in and around Hyderabad. They have already acquired 3 Acres of land [mostly JD] in Kollar [close to AR Homes Rise project site] for development of high-rise towers. Further, they are also in the planning stage of acquiring 22 Acres of land [on JDA basis] in and around Kollar for construction of high-rise towers residential project and almost 33% of the project area is being negotiated for a single multi-national IT Company employees on bulk sale basis in that project.

The Corporate Office is strategically located at Sree Dheera North East, 5th Floor, Plot No.101, Road No.2, Kakatiya Hills, Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s growth journey. The launch of AR Homes’ “RISE” project in Hyderabad, reflects the Company’s commitment to delivering contemporary living spaces that meet evolving urban needs.

Through AR Homes AP LLP, the Company is developing a landmark Villas Project in Vijayawada, spread across 50 acres. Phase I, currently under development over 13 acres comprising 129 premium villas. The project is approximately 30 acres of family-owned land within the overall development, reinforcing long-term commitment and vision.

To drive future growth, AR Homes Hyderabad LLP has been established to develop projects in and around Hyderabad.
The Group has acquired 3 acres of land (primarily on a Joint Development basis) at Kollur, close to the AR Homes Rise project site, for the development of high-rise residential towers.
In addition, AR Homes is in advanced stages of planning to acquire 22 more acres (on JDA basis) in and around Kollur for a large-scale residential development. Discussions are also underway to allocate nearly 33% of the project area for bulk sales to employees of a leading multinational IT company, reflecting strong market confidence and demand.

D Madhu Babu, aged 43 years, is a first-generation entrepreneur from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. His journey into real estate was not inherited—it was earned, shaped by hands-on experience, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Before establishing AR Homes, D Madhu Babu began with modest independent contract works, gradually evolving into the construction of individual buildings and apartments as an Entrepreneur. Each project strengthened his understanding of land, design, execution and responsibility—laying the foundation for what would later become a professionally driven real estate enterprise.
Today, as CEO, D Madhu Babu remains deeply involved in the heartbeat of the organisation. From land aggregation and statutory approvals to liaison, technical planning and on-ground execution, he leads not from a distance but from within. His leadership reflects purpose in vision, passion in execution and compassion in relationships—values that define AR Homes at its core.

Radhakrishna Reddy, aged 45 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and brings with him a rich blend of financial discipline and market insights. His professional journey began in the banking sector, where he spent over a decade with HDFC, specialising in retail loans and customer engagement—an experience that shaped his strong foundation in finance, compliance and trust-based relationships.
In 2022, he joined hands with Madhu Babu, marking a significant chapter in the organisation’s growth story. Since then, Radhakrishna Reddy has been a driving force behind marketing, sales strategy and customer outreach, significantly expanding the company’s market presence and customer confidence.
Beyond business development, he plays a vital role in statutory compliance, finance and accounts, ensuring transparency, governance and regulatory discipline. His multi-dimensional involvement has strengthened internal systems and brought structure to the organisation’s expanding operations.
With his composed strategic outlook and strong ethical compass, Radhakrishna Reddy stands as a pillar of stability and growth, complementing entrepreneurial vision with professional rigour.
